嘉宾简介

刘宏（Frank Hong Liu），英国拉夫堡大学教授，China Accounting and Finance Review 主编。他曾在英国格拉斯哥大学担任过讲师、高级讲师，在英国阿伯丁大学担任教授。此外，刘宏教授作为访问学者，出访过纽约大学斯特恩商学院，哥伦比亚大学商学院和鹿特丹大学伊拉斯谟经济学院。在从事学术工作前，刘宏教授还在中国交通银行担任了4年外汇高级交易员。刘宏教授在众多具有影响力的学术刊物上发表过论文，其中包括Journal of Corporate Finance, Journal of Banking & Finance, Journal of Financial Stability, Journal of International Money and Finance, European Financial Management 等等。他的观点被 the CLS Blue Sky Blog (Columbia Law School on Corporations and the Capital Markets) and BTB TV-channel等众多媒体引用报道。
